Shelter is a charity that campaigns to end homelessness and unsuitable housing in England and Scotland.


With 55 offices throughout the UK, dealing with utilities was a significant and time-consuming operation for staff at Shelter, so they appointed Business Cost Consultants to take over management of their billing.
